Lamest Field Trip Ever

These field trippin' cousins made a rather dull field trip fun.  Thank goodness for lunchtime at 10 a.m.

In theory Highland Gardens sounds like a fun destination.  It was pretty cool to see how they plant all their flowers.

But how many plants, flowers, and bushes can one 4 year old take!

Luckily after an hour, the kids got to have lunch and Sarah and I left early.

Sam and I decided to have a fun field trip of our own.  We went to the party store and tried on a dozen different hats.  Now that's entertaining!

This one was my personal fave.  After the party store we went next door to Cal-Ranch to buy Griffy a toy and see the baby chicks and bunnies.  We were able to salvage our day.  Sam and I always have fun together.

Easter

The boys dominated the egg coloring this year.  Of course it must be done shirtless.

No carbs in hard boiled eggs!

Sam was pretty pleased with the end result.

Easter morning the boys woke up to a scavenger hunt left by the Easter bunny.

Hank can pretend he's too cool but he was getting into it just as much as his little brothers.

Lots of candy and toys were found.

We had to take a brief break when Mino's finger randomly started bleeding everywhere.

I swear Hank and Max own shirts.

Peeps on a stick, yes please!

Before we headed to my moms for Easter dinner, we stopped at Grandma Jeri's to wish her Happy Easter.  The boys were on a serious sugar high already.

We couldn't leave my little boyfriend home on Easter.

So much delicious food prepared by my mama.

Kid table!

My parents hid hundreds of eggs for the kids down by the pond.

More candy, all this kid needs.

Sam was upset about something, probably the fact someone found more eggs than him.

He got over it quick.

Griffers found a random animal bone, sick!

Of course baseball in the field.

Lots of 4 wheeler rides.

We couldn't end the day without chucking hundreds of eggs down the hill.

Warriors 2015-2016

The Warriors had such an incredible season.  I love how well these boys are learning the game.  It's bittersweet since it will be the last season they play together.  Half of them live in the boundaries of the new high school.

So many action shots!  I love every second of watching Hank play.

It seems like just yesterday I was watching Randy play ball here, now I'm watching our son.  He plays so much like his daddy.  So surreal and awesome!

I'm not the only one who loves to watch him play.

He had cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, and grandparents cheering him on at every game.

 

Between his Bantam league and the Dimple Dell league there was a game nearly 3 times a week.

Grandma Jackie and Grandpa Curt attended almost all of them!

Max was such a good sport and didn't miss a game, except for when he jammed himself in this locker.

After a victory in Salt Lake we stopped at Hank's favorite place, B Dubs, and look who we ran into.  Izzy didn't hesitate to ask Julianne Hough for a picture. 

I'm so proud of these boys and how hard they played every single game.

Kyle and Chad have been such incredible coaches over the past few years.  They really care about Hank and want him to succeed.  I'm sad to see the season end.
