Sam's Final Bear Hollow Christmas Program

Sam came down with a nasty flu bug the day before his preschool Christmas program. I knew he must really be sick to even consider missing it.  He missed the pajama party at school the day before cause he was so sick.  I let him relax all morning and hoped for the best.  Thankfully he rallied and was able to go.  On our way to the mall I got a call from Max at school saying he didn't feel well either.  We picked him up and made it to the performance on time.

Cute little mug tried his hardest to push through his sickness.

Miss Molly was so happy to see him.  She let him wear the Rudolf nose.

Tucker did awesome too.  Between him and Sam, I don't think they missed one word or one action.

Hopefully Sam didn't give Santa his disease.

Grandma Jackie is always there, showing her support.

Each milestone that passes, makes me a little more sad.  The preschool experience is passing by too quickly.  I'm really going to miss this.  I couldn't be more proud of my sweet Sam.

Disney Day 3

Day 3 already? We had a to do list and weren't going to stop until it was complete.  Man I love this family of mine.  Disney die hards.

Mr. Fast Pass himself was in the zone.  Nothing was stopping him today.

Moments like this are what Disneyland dreams are made of.

First item on our list was to get Sam on Splash Mountain.

Success!

We had to get every treat we wanted.  These beignets rocked Hank's world.

Totally diabetic friendly...oh wait.

Max pounded about 20 churros during our Disneyland experience.  Again, totally diabetic friendly.

I don't think the 4 of us will ever take a picture we all approve of.  We sure tried though!

Back to California Adventure we went.  We had to do Cars and California Screamin' again.  Tower of Terror is going to be a different ride in a few weeks so we had to do a final ride on that as well.

These roller coaster loving fools did Screamin' over and over again.

We've been dreading this moment the entire trip.  Our final ride on TOT.

Farewell TOT!

Poor Izz!  We went hard all day and were able to do everything we wanted and more.  The kids stayed until the bitter end.  Such troopers.

My heart is always heavy when it's time to leave this place.  Disneyland always treats us right.  It was even more special sharing this experience with my parents, sisters, and their families.  I can't believe how lucky I am.  To see these darling kids interact with their cousins warms my heart.  They're more like siblings than cousins.  It's really special.

I'm so grateful my parents are still willing and able to be such an enormous part of our lives.  I couldn't love them more.

Disney Day 2

We started Day 2 at California Adventure on the Cars ride.  Sam getting a pre-ride smooch from his mama.

The Mater ride was a favorite of these cute cousins.

Sam attempted Tower of Terror, but chickened out at the last minute.  Grandpa was happy to take him to Bugs land while we rode.

These are some TOT loving kids!  When we got off the ride, Sam had a change of heart and wanted to ride.  Poor kid is always so conflicted.  He hates missing out.

His brothers were so sweet and reassured him in line.

He's about to cry and laugh all at the same time.

In the end he totally loved it and even managed to dab for the picture.  What a stud.

Disneyland with a 5 year old is the best thing ever.

He still likes finding characters with me and going to parades.  While we did that, the other nut balls went on Grizzly Rapids and got drenched.  Brrrrrrr!

TOT round 2

We waited in line for Captain America for 30 minutes only for him to go on break right when we got to the front.  Good thing Spidey was up next.  So worth the wait.  The streets are much safer tonight.  Another magical day in the books.
