I knew this day would come, however I wasn't prepared for it to come so quick. Hank is officially too cool for his mom, or worse yet, EMBARRASSED of me. The above picture was taken at Rusty and Collette's wedding this summer and I have it displayed in our living room. Today Hank opened the cabinet where the picture is, and asked me..."Mom, can we delete this picture?"
"I love that picture Hank, why would you want to delete it?" (Notice how he chooses to use the word delete instead of take down, or move...he really wants it destroyed!)

My heart broke a little, not going to lie. The only thing giving me comfort is looking at the joy on his face in the picture. He wasn't too cool 3 months ago!

Look at it this way...he doesn't want Nicole to see it because he doesn't want her to know he loves another woman (you) more than her! He's not embarrassed, he knows that you are his number one is his whole world!! And why in the world wouldn't you be?!

That is super hilarious. You have to put that picture in his wedding slide show... it's a must. How cute that he doesn't want Nicole to get jealous. Also super darling picture. Also the use of delete is something that the kids and teens are saying these days, mainly because we delete pictures immediately off of digital cameras.
Nope I don't agree. Hank is embarrassed of you just like Koy is embarrassed of me. It was time to go to school last week and I was still in my sweats with no make-up and hair not done. Koy just gives me this disgusted look and says, "You're not taking me to school like that are you???" So now you're an official member of the NOT COOL CLUB. I'm the president. Welcome! :)
