Oh the perks of having someone in the family with a cabin. It makes quick getaways with the family so easy. Brett's family has the most perfect mountain retreat. Even though the snow pack wasn't as deep as we had hoped, we made the best of it. The kids and the adults had a blast being pulled behind the wheeler.
I couldn't be bothered with crying kids. I had a sled ride of death to enjoy with my little sis.
There were epic Foosball, double shot, and ping pong battles going on all weekend.
Apples to Apples and cup stacking kept the kids entertained.
Plenty of luxurious naps as well.
We headed out to dinner in Heber one night instead of cooking. Such a genius idea. This picture of Izzy and Randy is pretty genius as well.
Max decided he was ready to give himself his own shots this weekend.
I'm so proud of my brave boy!
Grandma and Hank played ping pong pretty much all night long. Who knew she was so good at ping pong?
We woke up to delicious breakfast every morning.
The snow decided to fall our last day there.
While everyone was sledding, my dad really got into his photography skills.
I think my mom was reenacting childbirth here.
It made her perfect target for an epic snowball fight.
I laughed until I cried. There's just something about nailing your mom in the face with a snowball. Hilarious!
Great direction on this pic daddy. Man I love spending time with my parents like this.
I can't remember the last time we all took a nap together. Probably never. It was such a wonderful weekend but I couldn't wait to get home to my Griffers. Jenni and her kids were kind enough to watch him for us. Unfortunately there are no dogs allowed at the cabin. Maybe next time we'll sneak him in. He would be in heaven up there.
