Go Cubbies!

Randy and James created their own super league baseball team this fall and of course named them the Cubs.  It was so fun to watch these life time friends coach their kids. They insisted on having a speaker in the dugout to blast all the kids favorite jams between innings.  The kids learned so much and Hank loved playing with all his buddies.

I've said it before but competitive baseball life is no joke.  Most of the teams are legit,  They play year round and have played together since they were 8 years old.  We held our own as a new team and I'm so proud of how our boys competed.  There were certain games, ie the entire Labor Day Tourney, that we got KILLED but the boys kept smiling and played on.  Hank pitched occasionally but really excelled at short stop.

Hank could count on the following supporters at every single game.

My mom and dad made the trek to Salem and Spanish Fork numerous times.  They literally didn't miss one game!  Their Monday nights were filled with baseball games for months.

Sam and Max did an amazing job keeping themselves entertained with all the sibling rats at the park.

I'm so mad I didn't get a picture of the entire team.  Here is Colby, Cooper, Ethan, Hank, and KJ.  I absolutely loved watching this team play and have a great time together.
