My parents have the perfect yard for little boys. Hank got a fishing pole from Grandpa Curt a few weeks ago so we decided to put it to use last night. These boys are so lucky to live so close to their grandparents. Hank is really getting spoiled by fishing here. My dad plants the pond with rainbow trout so every cast is a sure catch. He would really be bored if he had to wait longer than 10 seconds to catch a fish! 
By the end he was reeling them in all by himself.
Max was dragging my poor mom all over.
Dirt, rocks, and water, what more could a kid want.
These boys never get tired of throwing!
I have so many great memories at the pond as a kid and teenager. I'm so excited for my kids to have adventures of there own down there. It is such a beautiful spot.

Oh my gosh Max's face in that picture?! So so so cute. Can we have standing date where I come over and watch them like at least once a week? I need it that and them in my life!
I want a pond in my back yard! That pond really is beautiful. What a fun place to hang out....and fish! I'm impressed that Max didn't end up pulling Jackie INTO the pond! Good times!

I am counting on many more times at the old fising pond this summer..I don't know who has more fun, Curt or Hank..and Max can drag me anywhere he wants to..too bad we can't put a trampoline net all around the pond..then you and I could sit back and sip iced tea!
Oh the pond I loved swimming in that thing when we were kids.
I'm glad to see another generation enjoying it too.
What a beautiful place. I would actually like fishing if you didn't have to sit and wait lol.
