I am new to the whole Bumbo thing. This wasn't invented when I had Max and Hank. I threw away the box it came in so I wasn't sure what age was appropriate for such a contraption. Since I am slightly worried Sam is getting a flat head, I thought I would try it as an alternative to chilling on his back. Feast your eyes on the most adorable/hilarious sight...Sam and the Bumbo.
I couldn't stop laughing! He seemed to like it though. I just can't believe how fast my little boy is growing up. He is getting too big for his 0-3 month clothes, sitting in a bumbo, and sleeping for nearly 11 hours a night. I can't complain about his awesome sleeping, however, he is developing a bit of a flat spot on his head. My other boys hated to lay on their backs so we never had this problem. Any suggestions would be helpful. I would really love to avoid the helmet route.

Oh the Bumbo Days! I loved that thing....I took it everywhere with me. Such a great invention. Sam is adorable. I can't quit looking at those pictures.
Hope Sam doesn't outgrow it in .2 seconds like Owen did. Seriously, I think Owen used it 3 or 4 times. Things that are supposed to help a flat head are tummy time and being in a carrier.

Oh my hilarious and absolutely darling...and BTW he doesn't have a flat head...it is perfect..no helmut worries here...tummy sleeping is the bomb....oh, wait..I mean I heard it's the bomb..I never put you guys to bead on your tummies!!!...yea, right.
