Hank's First Duck Hunt

Hank had his first, and it certainly won't be his last experience at the opening of the duck hunt.  I'm not sure who was more excited, Hank or my dad.  I'm pretty sure it was my dad.  He had so much fun getting Hank outfitted for his first hunt.  I've always felt bad I wasn't a boy so this picture does my heart good.  I'm glad Hank can fill that role for my dad.  Good thing my dad has 5 grandsons!

Randy shot his limit of ducks both days.  Hank had a blast shooting everything he could with his pellet gun.
I'm quite impressed with Randy and my dad's photography skills.  I had to have pictures of this experience and they came through.

That my friends is the happiest 8 year old on the planet.

I wish I could have seen my dad's duck call instruction.

My dad really provides a 5 star hunting experience.  Hank was itching to try out his new waders in the water and get dirty.

He got that chance right before they came home, collecting all the decoys.
Everyone had such a fantastic time.  I'm so grateful for my dad and Randy.  They are such incredible role models for my boys.  They love to spend time with them and it means the world to me.  My boys are so lucky.

I kinda want to make Hank wear these waders every day.  Too cute for words.

Now this takes the cake.

Hank is the cutest little hunter I have EVER seen. His slim fit waders are unbelieve.

This makes me so excited for our boys to all get out with dad...and for us to....sit and wallow together when we're left behind!!!!
