This particular school year has been magical for me and Sam. I am absolutely loving the 4 hours every morning we spend together while Hank and Max are both in school. Maybe it's because he's my last kid or maybe it's because he's just so damn pleasant to be around, but I am in heaven. He makes all my errand running and chores much more entertaining. I love how we can just have a quick outing to the park or a trip around the neighborhood to see the horses. Sam is my little buddy and I cherish this time we have together so much. I took these pictures on a beautiful sunny day at a park near our house. Sam is way too much fun to take pictures of. He's such a little ham.
I think it's safe to say he enjoys some one on one time with his mama as well. My favorite thing he says these days is "mama hold you". The most beautiful thing about small children is their unconditional love. It feels pretty good to be adored by this one!

Sam is definitely your mama's boy. It's kinda pissing me off because it makes for a harder sell when I'm trying to win him over. I think we need to coordinate our Sam and Tucker mornings a bit better....we aren't spending nearly enough time together while the older rats are away!
