Christmas Day

Well, Santa found the Griffin home!  The kids got everything and more than they asked for.

Here is Max's pile of gifts.  He got his precious ipod as well as Disney Infinity playsets, Air Hog, running shoes, a sled, Lego Batman on the PS3, and lots of stylish new clothes.  Who else can pull off a pair of gold high tops?

Sam was surprised by his train table, jersey, Disney Infinity guy, movies, shoes, sled and clothes.

But all he really wanted was Yoda and Chewbacca Lego's.

Hank got his Calvin Johnson Jersey, ipod, UA sweatshirt, Maden 2015, running shoes, and more athletic gear than I can count!

Randy and I had to wake the kids up at 7:30.  We were so excited!  Sam couldn't believe Christmas had finally come.

He ran to his guys first thing and honestly would've been happy if that was his only gift.
The kids were so happy and appreciative of everything this year.  It was a huge relief.  Christmas gifts are so much pressure for me.

We opened, and opened, and opened some more.  The kids and Randy gave me one of my favorite gifts of all time.

This Beats by Dre Pill speaker makes all my tunes sound amazing.  It provided the soundrack to our Christmas morning and put me in the best mood ever.  They also gave me some wireless headphones to run with.  I can't be bothered with cords while I'm running like the wind!

We gave Randy some Beats Headphones, and sweatshirt, and clothes.  It was an electronics kind of Christmas.

Sam couldn't wait to put his new RG3 jersey on.  After we got dressed in our new duds we drove to my mom and dads.  The kids were anxious to open more presents!  Such spoiled little munchkins.

My mom and dad had all the kids open their gifts at the same time.

Three day Disneyland passes for everyone!!!  I can't wait for February 7th to come.  Sam and Tuck even get to come this year.  We are going to have a blast.  My mom made us a delicious breakfast and we relaxed the rest of the morning and afternoon.

I couldn't crop Phil's head out of our family photo but I kinda like it.

Our game of gestures provided some serious laughter.  I'm not sure what she's doing!

Everyone had their turn acting a fool.

Dan has the uncanny ability to take any game to the next level with his intensity.

Max was the gestures master!  I was so impressed.

He required no help.  All of his actions came from his smart little brain.  What a hilarious little creature.

In between our numerous Quiz Up matches, Hank kept us entertained with the joke book he got from Izzy.  I think my dad wrote that book.  Totally his sense of humor.

My kids are getting pretty good at taking selfies.

Sarah couldn't be happier with her Snuggie.

And Jack couldn't be happier with his Darth Vader Lego Spaceship.

Sam is in awe of everything Jack does.  He just sat back in amazement.  I nervously waited for Max to break his precious spaceship.  It took Brett the majority of the day to put it together.  Luckily Max was on his best behavior.

This kid....

My darling girls.

My kids hit the jackpot in the grandparent department.  So much love in this picture.
After spending most of the day in Highland, the kids were anxious to get back home to play with their stuff.

We had the other side of the family over for some Christmas quesadillas.  It wasn't fancy but it hit the spot.  My new speaker entertained us for hours.  We had a full on dance party/sing along of epic proportions.  The adults were having a blast, the kids were annoyed.

Besties!!

Oh and if you were wondering, we had a white Christmas.  Success all around.  It was the perfect day.
