What is this picture of me running in a tank top doing in my first post of December? Cue the music.."It's the end of the world as we know it, but I feel fine". There is no snow around and temperatures in the mid to upper 60's. Climate change anyone? While that topic freaks me out on a daily basis, I have to admit the warmer temperatures are incredible. A little unsettling, but pretty damn enjoyable.
Plus, it gave me some extra time to finally rake our leaves. Sam was my little helper. The moment he saw the gigantic pile of leaves on the sidewalk, he ran to get his scooter.
In theory it was a genius plan.
I had a sneaking suspicion this wouldn't end well, so like a good mom, I grabbed the camera.
That was some hard riding. Good thing he has a helmet on.
He took it a little slower the next time around.
Success!! Again, notice he is wearing no coat, jacket, or gloves. I could get used to this mild winter.
